Limitations
Every thumbnail is center-cropped to a uniform square, so parts of non-square source photos are cropped out of the grid rather than shown in full. Output is always a single JPG — PNG or WebP output isn't available.
Files are processed on our servers and are not shared with third parties. Files are deleted as soon as processing or download finishes. Any leftover temporary file is removed automatically by our cleanup process within the configured retention period (60 minutes). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How are the thumbnails cropped to fit the grid?
Each photo is center-cropped to a uniform square (so the grid lines up evenly) rather than stretched — this matches the aspect-fill crop used by this site's own Crop Image tool, just applied automatically to every thumbnail.
Can I control the column count and thumbnail size?
Yes — set the number of columns and the thumbnail size in pixels, or leave columns blank to let the tool choose a reasonable square-ish layout automatically based on how many images you uploaded.
What order will the images appear in the grid?
Left-to-right, top-to-bottom, in exactly the order you arrange them with the reorder controls before generating — nothing is reordered automatically.
How many images can I combine into one sheet?
Up to a generous limit shown on the upload form — enough for a full shoot's worth of thumbnails without the resulting grid image becoming too large to generate.
What file format is the result?
A single JPG image containing the full grid, sized to fit every thumbnail plus spacing — download it directly, no further conversion needed.
Are my photos kept on your server?
No. Your uploaded images and the generated contact sheet are processed temporarily and deleted automatically shortly after you download the result.
